Charles earned his BA from University of Pacific and MFA from University of California, San Diego. He and his wife, Lidia, and their 16 year-old daughter, Alexa live in Boise, Cleveland and Lake Tahoe – quite a feat that is made possible by the support of his family and the communities represented!
