Based on US Centers for Disease Control there are 50 million people in North America suffering from chronic sinusitis. Martin Hoke, being one of the 50,000, set about to find a solution for addressing this need and helping this subset of Americans. RhinoSystems, Inc., founded in 2007, developed and markets the Navage Nasal Hygiene System and has grown rapidly.

“It’s been an amazing ride. It started at our kitchen counter, moved to Lorain County Community College’s GLIDE Incubator, then 25,000 feet in Brooklyn Heights, and now 65,000 feet in Brooklyn!” said Martin Hoke, President of Rhino Systems.

Team Neo reported that RhinoSystems is one of more than 700 biomedical companies in NEO — a number that has grown from 300 in 2002. Martin was born in Lakewood earned a bachelors degree from Amherst and law degree from CWRU. Founded a cell phone company, served in the US House of Representatives, is a pianist, has written an opera and now is an inventor.
