Charles Fee, as artistic director of a unique collaboration between three fully independent, geographically diverse regional theater companies in Cleveland—Boise Idaho and Lake Tahoe has created a groundbreaking model for the industry. And resulting in the success of the three companies involved. Hear about this—”another first for CLE” – as well as the joys and challenges of managing performing arts organizations.

Charles earned his BA from University of Pacific and MFA from University of California, San Diego. He and his wife, Lidia, and their 16 year-old daughter, Alexa live in Boise, Cleveland and Lake Tahoe – quite a feat that is made possible by the support of his family and the communities represented!
